Manuel Eduardo Quiridumbay, 44 of Hightstown passed away at St. Francis Hospital on March 3, 2018. He was born in San Fernando, Ecuador and resided in Hightstown for the past 19 years. Eduardo attended high school at Galo Plaza Lazo in his country of Ecuador. He was in the warehousing and transportation industry for the past 18 years. Eduardo was a very hard worker who was respected by his co-workers and management. He loved his family and always put them first. He requested to work shifts throughout the night so that he could be with his children in the daytime and not have them be watched by childcare. He always ensured that his family was taken care of.
Predeceased by his sisters Faviola and Teresa, he is survived by his parents Lastenia and Eloy, his wife Maria, A sister Gladys, three brothers Carlos, Rene and Gustavo, his children Alba, Andy and Keyla and many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, 12:00pm Thursday, March 8, 2018 at St. Anthony of Padua RC Church, 251 Franklin Street, Hightstown, NJ 08520. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hightstown, NJ. Friends may call at the church from 10am until the time of the service.
